Notice is hereby given that the City of Middletown will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 09, 2021, at 6:00PM. In the Common Council Chambers, 2nd floor, 16 James Street, to hear any and all persons wishing to be heard on the recently passed Local Law Number 1 of 2021 regarding:
A LOCAL LAW OPTING OUT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CANNABIS RETAIL DISPENSARY LICENSES AND ONSITE CONSUMPTION LICENSES WITHIN THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN
