The City of Middletown, through the Office of Economic and Community Development (“OECD”) will hold a public hearing on April 30, 2020 at 3:00 pm.
The goal of the public hearing is to obtain citizen comments regarding the proposed amendment to the Citizen Participation Plan in preparation for the receipt of the Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
