Council meetings usually take place the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM. This is a special meeting that will be taking place on the first business day of the New Year at 6:30 PM. All meetings held in the Common Council Chamber on the second floor of City Hall at 16 James Street in Middletown.
