The City of Middletown, through the Office of Economic and Community Development (“OECD”), is pleased to announce that they will hold a public hearing on September 10, 2020 at 3 p.m. in Common Council Chambers located on the 2nd floor at City Hall, 16 James Street, Middletown, New York 10940 to identify priority needs of the community in advance of the preparation of the Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) Annual Action Plan for the January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 Program Year.
The goal of the public hearing is to obtain comments and input from the citizens about community needs and neighborhood priorities.
